Aespire View Anaesthesia System with integrated Carescape B850 Monitor

The Aespire View Anaesthesia system offers a large 12-inch colour ventilator display and features GE’s ‘Advanced Breathing System’ (ABS), which is well suited for ‘low flow’ anaesthesia. The 12-inch colour display showcases waveforms and alarm indicators.
The machine offers both anaesthesia gases and ventilation at the same time and uses the ‘GE Smartvent 7900’ as the ventilator system for the anaesthesia machine.
The Aespire View system has O2, N2O and Air pipeline medical gases, along with O2 and Air medical gas ‘E’ size cylinder options.
Flowmeter unit :- O2, N2O and Air dual cascade flowmeter tubes.
Selectatec Manifold – 2 gang for selectatec vaporisers from Mk4 to Mk7.
AGSS – Active Gas Scavenging System.
Integrated Auxiliary Flowmeter and Suction.
2 x Large drawers supplying plenty of storage space.

The Aespire View software for the ‘GE Smartvent 7900’ supplies the following Ventilation Operating Modes.

1. VCV – Volume Control Ventilation.
2. PCV – Pressure Control Ventilation.
3. SIMV/PSV – Synchronized Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation with Pressure Support.
4. PSVPro with Apnea back-up – Pressure Support with Apnea Back-up.
5. SIMV-PC – Synchronized Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation with Pressure Control.
6. PCV-VG – Pressure Controlled Ventilation Volume Guaranteed.

The Aespire View Anaesthesia System has been re-conditioned, cleaned, rebuilt and serviced to ‘GE’ protocols by a Medical trained engineer with all planned preventative maintenance parts replaced.

The Aespire View, has also integrated with it, the ‘Carescape B850’ monitor, which incorporates a 19-inch non-glare touchscreen display. The Carescape B850 monitor has a dedicated software package for the Operating room, the touchscreen display is mounted above the Aespire View ventilator display on the swivel arm, with the Emergency Care Monitoring System CPU/Power supply unit and the B850 F5 Module Frame, housed on the top shelf of the Anaesthesia machine.
The F5 Module Frame is fitted an Airway Gas E-CAIOV Module and a Multi-parameter E-PRESTN module.
Also the monitor comes with an E-ENTROPY module if the buyer requests it, but the patient lead is not supplied.

The Airway Gas Module (E-CAIOV) supplies the following measured parameters, CO2, N2O, O2, Agent and Agent identification.
The Multi-parameter Module (E-PRESTN) has the following measured parameters, Invasive Pressures, Respiration, ECG, SpO2, Temperature and NIBP.

The Airway Gas Module (E-CAIOV) along with Multi-parameter Module (E-PRESTN) has again been serviced to ‘GE’ protocols.
The Airway Gas Module had an annual service kit fitted, replacing all ‘nafion’ tubing, zero/reference filters, ‘o’rings, CO2 absorber and D-fend. The NIBP filter was replaced in the E-PRESTN module.
The Airway gas module (E-CAIOV) was also calibrated using GE calibration gas, the Spirometry circuit inspiration/expiration flow and volume rates checked.
Both modules were serviced and all parameters tested to specification.

The monitor 19-inch display screen tested for correct function, checking all touchscreen/soft keys operation
CPU/Power supply unit, replaced monitor timekeeping battery and tested.

The monitor comes with a full set of parameter patient leads, including CO2 sampling line, Spirometry tube, d-lite, 5 lead ECG cable, SpO2 finger probe/lead, Temperature probe, NIBP hose and Cuffs.
